I got a request from

to draw her OC's Benny and Butterpink.

but I wanted to practice my drawingskills a little more and out came this drawing.

I hope you like it pancake-fox!!

This drawing is based on a story writen by queen Fabiola of Belgium. (But I know the story from amusement park the Efteling)

The story:

Previously, these flowers were stars in the night, who danced on the water with the moon and other stars.

Every night, they came down to dance and every morning the Moon Goddess called them back.

One morning there were a few stars who wouldn’t listen, when the Moon Goddess called them to go back to heaven.

They stayed on the water and danced and danced, until a witch appeared who was jealous of their beauty and captured them as water lilies.

Now, the witch comes only on moonlit nights back, so they can dance again and give her eternal beauty.
